Chairman Local Government Service Commission Inspects New Office Complex

The Chairman of the Local Government Service Commission, Darlington Bassey Eyo, has lauded the state government for the construction of a modern office complex for the commission, describing it as a motivation to boost workforce morale and productivity.
Eyo made the remark during an inspection tour of the new edifice, noting that the commission is set to relocate into the facility.
Accompanied by the State Chairman of the Association of Pensioners, Chief Okosin, Eyo emphasized that the new office will significantly enhance staff efficiency and service delivery. He commended Governor Bassey Otu for his remarkable strides in infrastructural development, highlighting other projects such as the remodeled Governor’s Office, the new State Library complex, and the reactivation of the Garment Factory.
Chief Okosin, visibly impressed by the ambience of the building, also applauded the governor for his visionary leadership, noting that the state has witnessed a remarkable turnaround since the beginning of his administration.
The Commission Chairman further disclosed that official administrative activities will soon commence in the new office complex, stressing that the facility will be fully leveraged to improve operations and better serve the people of Cross River State.
