Pedro Neto Charged For Improper Improper conduct

Chelsea winger Pedro Neto has been charged by the English Football Association after his red card at Arsenal.
The FA said he allegedly acted in an improper manner by failing to leave the pitch promptly; and/or used abusive and/or insulting words towards a match official.
Neto has until Monday 9 March to respond to the charge.
