Yakurr Nation Confers CRS HOS With Chieftency Title

The Cross River State head of service Dr. Innocent Eteng has been conferred with the chiftency title Obol Oban-Blong by the Obol Lopon traditional rulers council.

Speaking during the coronation, the Obol Lopon of Ugep and paramount ruler of Yakurr Obol Ofem Ubana Eteng said Dr. Eteng is an illustrous son of Ugep, a philanthropist, an academia and administrator per excellence.

He described Dr Eteng as the engine room of the state civil service hence the title Obol Oban-Blong (The chief organiser). 

Speaking to newsmen after the coronation, the head of service Obol Innocent Ebri Eteng thanked the Obol Lopon of Ugep and the Ugep nation in entirety for finding him worthy of the title while pledging to continue contributing his quota for the upliftment and betterment of his people
