Rare Vision Foundation Marks International Day of the Boy Child

In commemoration of the International Day of The Boy Child, Rare Vision Foundation a not for profit organization has carried out sensitization as well as pay tuition fee for some children in Bekwara local government area.
The Executive Director of Rare Vision Foundation Mrs. Ukeh Omang, who spoke during the sensitization exercise emphasized the need for a balanced approach to advocacy and support for both boys and girls adding that the boy child is as important as the girl child.
"No matter how empowered the girl child is, she needs a properly groomed male to thrive.
“By investing in boys' education and well-being, we are also empowering a generation because the man is the leader and guide of the family” she said.
The foundation also paid tuition fees for some of the boys who haven’t been able to pay their school fees while encouraging them to be studious and serious with their studies.
Rare Vision Foundation's initiative highlights the importance of nurturing boys and providing them with positive mentorship as role models.
