PRESS RELEASE: C'River Govt Set To Revoke Houses Belonging to Individuals, Organisations For Non-Pay Of Outstanding Debts
The Cross River State Task Force for the Recovery of Government Houses hereby issues a final notice to all individuals and organizations that are yet to pay up their outstanding debts on government houses.
Following the expiration of the initial notice, the Task Force has observed with dismay that some allottees are still defaulting on their payments and many are yet to bring their documents for verification.
In light of this, we are issuing a final ultimatum to all defaulting allottees to settle their outstanding debts and to bring their documents for verification on or before 7th of August 2024.

Failure to comply with this final directive will result in a revocation order of their allocation, and the property will be recovered by the government.
We urge all defaulting allottees to take advantage of this final opportunity to settle their debts and bring their documents for verification to avoid any further action.
