Effa Imoh Okim Fulfills Promise, Gifts Community School Recreational Items

A community builder, advocate and social activist Mr. Effa Imoh Okim has fulfilled his promise by donating a set of recreational item to his community school.
Recall that early last year Mr. Effa Okim donated 25 sets of 4 seated desk to Community Secondary School Okuni as well as one set of swing to Topaz Academy High School all in Okuni while promising to also gift one to Gifted Child Academy Okuni.
Effa who is also an indegene of Okuni Community in Ikom Local Government Area of Cross River State has fulfilled that promise by redeeming the pledge of one brand new swing to Gifted Child Academy, Okuni.
Handing over the swing to the school, Mr Okim said the gift is in fulfilment of the earlier promise he made to gift the school the recreational item.
Mr. Okim who was represented at the school by Pastor Oba Ndifon reiterated the fact that community building is not the duty of the government alone but a collective effort of all individuals.
Quoting the popular saying "All Work And No Play Makes Jack A Dull Boy," he said recreation enhances learning especially for the young brains hence the reason he decided to provide the nursery school with recreational Item.
He admonished the students to take their studies seriously so as to be good ambassadors of Okuni Community.
