C’River Special Advisers Forum Celebrates Egbe’s Professional Milestone

The Special Advisers Forum, Cross River State Council, has congratulated Engr. (Dr.) Jerome Godwin Egbe, Special Adviser to the Governor on Public Utilities, on his conferment as a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers (NICE) during the Institution’s 2025 Annual General Meeting held in Kano.

In a congratulatory message signed by the Forum’s Secretary, Barr. Gilbert Agbor, the body described Engr. Egbe’s elevation as a “well-deserved recognition” of his professional excellence, leadership integrity, and lifelong dedication to the advancement of civil engineering practice in Nigeria.
