Shettima To Cross Riverians: Tinubu Has Not Failed, He Is Fixing Nigeria

Vice President Kashim Shettima has assured the people of Cross River State that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has not failed Nigerians, but is fixing the country through the Renewed Hope Agenda.

Shettima who stated this on Monday in Calabar during the All Progressives Congress, APC, presidential campaign rally urged Cross Riverians to vote for President Tinubu come 2027 to attract more federal projects to the state.

According to the Vice President, the Tinubu administration is working hard to reposition Nigeria through tough but necessary economic reforms, massive infrastructure development, including the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway.

He described Cross River as very strategic to Nigeria's economic growth, given its huge potential in tourism, agriculture, maritime commerce and regional trade.

"Cross River State occupies a strategic position in Nigeria's economic and political landscape, with enormous potential in tourism, agriculture, maritime commerce and regional trade," Shettima said.

He added that the state will benefit even more if the people support Tinubu for a second term in 2027.
