Rovers FC involved in Bus Accident, Players Injured, One in Critical Condition

Rovers Football Club of Calabar Team Bus conveying players and team officials have been involved in a motor accident along Delta state.

An official statement from the teams management revealed that the team bus lost control en-route to Lagos for Sunday’s fixture with Sporting Lagos FC, tumbling with players and officials aboard. 

Several key players were injured while one remains in critical condition under intensive care the statement read. 

The club pledged full medical support for the squad while urging supporters to put them in prayers.
