UNICAL VC Receives World Guinness Record Breaker, Daniel Ehis, Calls on Students To Emulate Him

The Vice Chancellor of the University of Calabar, Prof. Florence Banku Obi, has received Daniel Ehis Aiguokhian who recently attempted to set a World Guinness Record as the longest writer.

The VC, who was in high spirits congratulated the student for conceiving such  idea to set a qworld record for the longest writing of  188hrs and moving forward to actualising it. 

Prof. Obi noted that in an era where most young people only look out for shortcuts to success, Daniel's determination and focus have distinguished him among his equals. 

She stated that Daniel has in some way corrected the most recent negative impressions some people have about the University of Calabar, while advising that he should start modeling young people by engaging them on how to be of great value to the society.

Prof. Obi further stated that young people are full of energy which when utilized positively can transform society while calling on other youths and students of the University to emulate Daniel and do something positive.

 She disclosed that the minister of education Prof. Tahir Mamman, has been informed about the development. 

On their parts, the Student's Adviser, Dr. Timothy Okpe, and the student(Daniel) commemded the VC for her continued motherly support that saw the process to a definite and successful end.

 They also informed the VC that the books titles were ready and printings were ongoing.
