CR-SEMA DG Sues For Collaboration With Nigerian Police

The Director-General of the Cross River State Emergency Management Agency, Chief (Mrs) Angela Ogeyi Odey has sued for collaboration with the Nigerian Police Force to help achieve the agency's mandate.

Chief Odey was speaking today while on a courtesy visit to the Cross River state Assistant Inspector General of Police, AIG Jonathan Towuru.

The SEMA boss said her visit was to familiarize with the AIG and to seek for cooperation and synergy towards the realization of the agency's goals.

Responding, AIG Towuru expressed appreciation for the visit and assured the DG of the Nigerian Police commitment to helping the agency succeed. 

Towuru promised to collaborate with the agency in whatever areas necessary to ensure the agency's agenda is realized.

Present at the visit were DCP, Yomi Shogunle, DCP Administration, zone 6, Calabar, ACP Emma Ogbuanya, AC Operations, Zone 6 amongst other senior police officers.

The high point of the visit was the presentation of a plaque to the DG, SEMA, by the AIG .
