Agoi Ibami Community Pledges Support to Local Government Chairman

The Agoi Ibami community in Yakurr local government Area of Cross River State has pledged their unalloyed support and co-operation to the newly inaugurated Executive Chairman of Yakurr local government area Hon. Yibala Inyang and his Vice Pastor Keppy Obeten. 

The community stated this after an enlarge meeting of the Traditional Rulers Council held at the palace of the Attah of Agoi Ibami His Royal Highness Attah Charles Ekum and made available to newsmen.

The Royal father commended the senator governor Prince Bassey Edet Otu and the leadership of All Progressive Congress (APC) for the choice of the Hon. Inyang as the chairman of Yakurr local government and charged him to use his wealth of experience to transform the Yakurr Local Government Area to greater height and urged the legislative arm to co-operate with the executive arm for the betterment of Yakurr people.

While further congratulating and felicitating with him and his vice for their landslide victory at the Poll and subsequent assumption of office, he appeal for the inclusion of sons and daughters of Agoi Ibami community in his administration as well as renovating and rehabilitating some of the community projects which include health centre, market, water, primary schools, ring roads, among others and wish a rewarding tenure in the office.
