Ajigo Appointed UNICAL's Quality Assurance Deputy Director

The Vice Chancellor of the University of Calabar Prof Florence Banku Obi has appointed Dr Ikutal Ajigo as the Deputy Director, Quality Assurance.

A letter signed by the Registrar of the University, Gabriel Egbe, stated that the appointment is to hold for a period of two years for the first instance, with effect from April 1, 2024.

The Vice Chancellor tasked Ajigo to bring his wealth of experience to bear in the administration of the office.

He is also expected to report to the Director of Quality Assurance for a smooth handing and taking over from his predecessor.

"On this note, all the sections of the University are to accord him the necessary recognition and support," the letter enjoined.
