Canaan Queens of the Canaan Table Tennis Club Calabar have emerged runners up at the Africa Club Table Tennis Championship in Libya.
Canaan Queens who represented Nigeria won their matches against Benghazi Al Jahdida of Lybia and Commercial Bank Club (Ethiopia) in the Women's Team Semifinals to set up a finals with Petrojet Tennis Club of Egypt.
They emerged runners up after losing to the Egyptian clubside Petrojet 3-1, 3-1, 3-2 in the finals.

Canaan Table Tennis Club Rt. Hon. Orok Duke this might qualify the Nigerian team for the 2024 World Club Table Tennis Championship as the World Table Tennis Federation (WTTF) might offer Africa 3 slots to the Global Competition.
