Phil Foden gave England boss Thomas Tuchel a timely reminder of his talent as his two goals helped Manchester City secure a comprehensive 4-1 victory over Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League.

Erling Haaland's outstanding form was all the talk in the build-up to facing his former side, but it was Foden who grabbed the headlines ahead of Tuchel naming his next England squad on Friday as City moved into the top eight of the league phase of the Champions League.
