DR. BEKOMSON APPOINTED DEPUTY DIRECTOR, QUALITY ASSURANCE

Dr. Achi Bekomson has been appointed Deputy Director of Quality Assurance, University of Calabar.

A letter signed by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Offiong Offiong, disclosed that the appointment is for a period of two years in the first instance, with effect from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027.

The newly appointed Deputy Director is expected to work directly under the Director in all matters to ensure optimal results for the directorate.

Dr. Bekomson, like all key appointees of the Vice Chancellor, is expected to align with the mission and vision of the University and ensure that the values and expectations of the institution are upheld.
