Chelsea to Donate Part of Club World Cup Bonus to Jota, Silva Families

Chelsea’s players and management have agreed to donate part of their FIFA Club World Cup prize money to the families of Diogo Jota and Andre Silva.

Following their recent triumph, the Blues earned an £87 million winners’ prize, with £11.4 million allocated as a bonus pool for the squad. From this amount, a portion will be set aside for the two families.

The decision was reached jointly between the club and the players as a gesture of solidarity and compassion during a difficult time for the families.

While the club has not revealed the exact donation amount, officials confirmed the contribution will be made promptly and acknowledged personally by the beneficiaries.
