Akpabuyo LG Chairman Congratulates UNICROSS New VC Prof. Francisca Bassey

THE Akpabuyo local government area chairman, Prince Effiom Bassey Effiong, has congratulated Prof. Prof. Francisca Bassey as the substantive Vice Chancellor of University of Cross River State (UNICROSS).
