Traore banned from lifting weights at West Ham — “He’s enough weight already”

West Ham winger Adama Traore has apparently been told to skip weight lifting.

“I’ve told him to stay out of the gym. It’s enough weight that he carries… he isn’t a heavyweight boxer,” manager Nuno Espírito Santo said.

The line plays on Traore’s famous upper‑body bulk—fans already joke he looks like he lifts the whole squad.

Nuno’s plan: keep the muscle, ditch the dumbbells, and let him drag defenders instead.
