Rt. Hon. Orok Duke Pays Last Respects to Late Eyo Edem Duke

The Cross River State Representative on the Board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Rt. Hon. Orok Otu Duke, has condoled with the family of late Mr. Eyo Edem Duke, who was laid to rest a funeral service at The African Church Cathedra, MacDonald street Calabar. 

Etinyin as he was fondly called who passed away at the age of 52 after a brief illness was laid to rest in his family compound at Punch Street Calabar.

The NDDC commissioner Rt. Hon Orok Duke while condoling with the family emphasized that the passing of Eyo Duke was not only a loss to his immediate family but to the larger Akpabuyo community and the state at large.

He stated that Etinyin will be remembered for his integrity, humility and deep sense of humor, while describing him as disciplinarian, devoted husband, father, and pillar of strength to both his maternal and paternal families, traits that endeared him to all who knew him.
