Orok Duke Urges Cross River Youths To Apply For NDDC Foreign Scholarships
Cross River State representative on the NDDC board, Rt. Hon. Orok Duke, has called on qualified state indigenes, especially first‑class and upper‑second graduates under 40 years, to apply for the Commission's 2026/27 Foreign Post‑Graduate Scholarship.
Chief Duke urged them to take advantage of the opportunity before the 19 April deadline.
He disclosed that the scheme funds masters degrees abroad in fields like engineering, IT, environmental and medical sciences, as well as law.
Duke urged applicants to use the official NDDC portal, prepare admission letters, NYSC certificates and ID documents while promising to push for Cross River's fair share while insisting on merit‑based selection.
