UNICROSS Set To Celebrate VC's 3rd Anniversary

The Management, staff and students of University of Cross River State (UNICROSS) are set to celebrate Professor Augustine Oko Angba's third anniversary as Vice Chancellor of the University.
A release signed by the Registrar of the University, Mr. Victor Ene, indicates that activities marking the celebration will begin at 10am on Friday, November 3, 2023 with an inter-denominational service at the Multi-Purpose hall of the University.
The activities will continue on Saturday, November 4, 2023 with a Health Walk round the Administrative Building of the University.
The anniversary celebration will be rounded off on Sunday, November 5, 2023 with a thanksgiving service and reception at the Redeemed Christian Church, Kings Court Parish Calabar about 10am.
The Vice Chancellor said in an interview that year's anniversary celebration is dedicated to retirees of the University.
He added that it would feature awards to staff, outstanding faculties, departments and directorates as well as scholarship awards to best behaved students and students with the highest final year Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) from each faculty of the University.
All deans, directors, heads of departments, staff and students of the University are expected to fully participate in all the activities.
However, the Management and staff have congratulated the Vice Chancellor and wish him well on the forthcoming anniversary while praying to God to grant him more fruitful service years in office.
