UNICAL Appoints Udoka Director UCPC

The Vice Chancellor of the University of Calabar, Prof. Florence Obi has approved the appointment of Dr. Arnold Udoka of the Department of Theatre and Media Studies as the Director of the University of Calabar Performing Company (UCPC).
According to UNICAL's Public Relations Unit, the appointment was conveyed in a letter dated 4th December, 2023 and signed by the University Registrar, Mr. Gabriel O. Egbe, for a two-year period, with effect from 4th December, 2023.
The University's management enjoined the new Director to bring his wealth of experience to bear in repositioning the near-lost glory of the important section of the University, while calling on relevant sections of the University to accord him the necessary courtesies associated with the office.
