UK based Institute honours Akwa Savings and Loans Ltd Boss.

The United Kingdom Institute of Leadership and Manpower Development has recently confered an Honorary Doctoral Degree in Transformational Leadership, Financial Services and Conflict Management on the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Akwa Savings and Loans Ltd, Pastor Ime Okon.

The renowned banker and financial experts bagged  prestigious degree for what experts described as  his turnaround achievements and leadership prowess in the financial sector within and outside the country.

It would be recalled that since Dr Okon was appointed in 2021 as the Managing Director of Akwa Savings and Loans Ltd, the bank has been revitalised and restructured for full banking services.

The Director and his team have rescued, built and stabilised the bank and created good business relationship with his 
customers.

His legacies in the banking industry is a clear testament of hard work, determination and commitment to service.

His achievements over three years have been massive with recorded profits and has also gained customers' confidence.

Staff welfare is top notch under Ime Okon in Akwa Savings and Loans Ltd and his highly commended.

Meanwhile, staff and customers of the bank have expressed commendations to the Dr Ime Okon for adding another feather to his cap and congratulated him on his latest degree.
