Prof. Stella Atoe, PDP National Women Leader, is Dead

The People's Democratic Party (PDP) National Women Leader, Prof. Stella Atoe is dead.
In a statement by Oyube David For the family, "Prof. Stella Effah-Attoe died after a brief illness among close family on the 29th of October 29, 2023 in Abuja, FCT."
"She was November 29, 1959. Until her demise, she was the National Woman Leader of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP).
"The funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date by the family."
