Otu Sets Up 22 Man Committee For Sen. Wayas Burial

Governor Bassey Edet Otu of Cross River state has set up a 22-man central planning committee for the burial of former late Senate President, Dr. Joseph Wayas.
The committee is headed by the Deputy Governor, Dr Peter Odey, with
Justice Maurice Eneji, former Chief Judge of the State, as the Alternate
Chairman, and Dr. Dorncklàimz Enamhe as the secretary.
Other members are Sen.
Kanu Agabi SAN, Sen. Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe, Sen. Eteng
Jonah Williams, Sen. Asuquo Ekpeyong, Mr. Johnny Agim SAN, Sen. Mathew Mbu Jr, Sen. Victor Ndoma-Egba SAN, Sen.Bassey Ewa Henshaw, Sen. Florence Ita Giwa, Sen. Musa Adede, Sen. John Owan-Enoh, Sen. Stephen Odey, Prof. Anthony OwanEnoh, Hon. Emmanuel Ironbar, Ntufam Fidelis Ugbo, Hon. Godwin
Ofiono, Hon. Peter Akpanke, Barr( Mrs) Zainab Bio Ibrahim and Dr. Chris Ojikpong.
Recall that last week, Otu, working with “Who is Who forum of Northern Cross River”, convened
by Chief Dr Dornklarmz Enaheme, successfully ensured that the corpse of the former number three man was flown down to Nigeria for buroal at his home town, Obanliku
The terms of reference of committee among oters is to commence preparations immediately and fix
proposed date for the burial rites.
