Orok Duke, Congratulates Maurice Effiwatt On his Appointment As Chairman C'River Civil Service Commission, Says His Experience And Dedication To Public Service Are Highly Regarded

The Cross River State representative on the board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) Rt. Hon. Orok Duke, has congratulated the newly appointed Acting Chairman of Cross River State Civil Service Commission Sir Maurice Effiwatt on his appointment as by governor Bassey Otu.

Maurice Effiwat was appointed as the acting chairman on Monday following the suspension of Mr. Uko Inaku as Chairman State Civil Service Commission by the governor Sen. Bassey Otu.

In a message made available to newsmen, the NDDC Rep said Effiwatt's shows that his experience and dedication to public service were highly regarded.

He noted that with his experience as a retired permanent secretary in the state civil service, the commission was fortunate to have him serve as chairman while expressing confidence that Effiwat will deliver in his new role.

"I look forward to your contributions in promoting a culture of excellence within the state's civil service, your leadership experience will be instrumental in ensuring a strong, efficient, and motivated workforce" Duke said.
