Morphy joined family, friends, associates and other well-meaning Cross Riverians to celebrate the Chief of Staff.
The Special Adviser who described him as a pragmatic leader, astute and seasoned politician, said “we are inspired by your numerous contributions and outstanding accomplishments in leadership and governance, you are indeed a man of many parts and a valuable asset to our State and country.
