FG To Provide 70 Houses In Odukpanai For Single Mothers, Widows

The federal government has concluded arrangements to provide 70 Social Housing units for single mothers, widows and the elderly women in Odukpani local government area of Cross River State.

The project is handled by Leaders of Family Home, a Federal Government RENEWED HOPE initiative.

The Commissioner, Ministry of Housing, Dr Mrs Beatrice Igwe, and Special Adviser, department of social housing, Dr Prince Ekanem Ekpo FCAI, FHNR, FOSHA, had a meeting with the group.

After the meeting, they inspected and handed over the site to the company who are ready to commence work next month.

After completion, the company will hamd it over to the department of Social Housing by March 2025.
