Enoh Receives Africa Man-Of-The Year Award.

The Minister of Sports Development , Senator John Owan Enoh has been chosen amongst other notable leaders of African origin ,as the Africa Sustainable Leadership Man of the Year by Sustainability, Enterprise And Responsibility Awards.
The award ceremony which held yesterday at the Oriental Hotel, Lagos was in recognition of the uncommon turn around the Ministry of Sports Development was experiencing under his leadership.
It is also in acknowledgement of the Minister's good and clear policy directions and extraordinary commitment to salvage all areas within the sports ecosystem of Nigeria
The award also is in respect to giant strides recorded in sustaining livelihoods and the impact of the Sports Minister's six point agenda viz, Welfare, Activation of sports as Business, Infrastructural development, Funding, Activation of Grassroots sports and
Reorganization of Sports Federations, W.A.I.F.A.R
The award considered the Minister's philanthropic activities spanning decades through the JOE Foundation which has consistently liberated the peoples of Africa from death from poverty, perpetual dependence, diabetes and under development.
It is worthy of note that Senator Enoh's leadership and capacity stands in monumental proportions.For the likes of him,we have hope in the future of Nigeria and Africa.
Past winners of this award include Tony Elumelu (Tony Elumelu Foundation) ,Aliko Dangote (Aliko Dangote Foundation), Lieutenant General Sir Seretse Khama (Former President of the Republic of Botswana).
