Emefiele Set To Regain Freedom As FG Drops Charges

In a twist of fate, the Federal Government has made an oral application before Justice Nicholas Oweibo of the Federal High Court in Abuja to withdraw the charge against suspended Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Governor, Godwin Emefiele.

Report says the decision is informed by emerging facts and circumstances of the case which require closer investigation.
