C'River Energy Commissioner Assures On Access To Reliable, Sustainable Power

The Cross River Commissioner for Power and Renewable Energy, Hon Prince Eka Williams has assured that together the Country can work towards a future where every Nigerian has access to reliable and sustainable energy sources.
Eka Williams bared his mind in Abuja while attending the state government and Distribution Companies,DisCos roundtable meeting organized by the Rural Electrification Agency, REA in partnership with Ministry of Power, Nigeria.
Williams who is also the Chairman of Forum of Commissioners for Power and Energy, Nigeria, FOCPEN said the theme of the meeting, "Fostering Collaboration and Partnership to Enhance Rural Electrification Access in Nigeria " Resonates deeply with the Cross River state Government's commitment to advancing power and Renewable Energy in the state".
He observed that the key note address by the Honourable Minister of Power, Chief Adebayo Adelabu was a pointer that the roundtable would user in meaningful collaboration that will drive positive change in the power sector.
According to The Commissioner the meeting has afforded him the opportunity to "dialogue, share insights from the our state's experiences and explored partnership opportunities that will benefit our communities...".
He said it was a privilege and honour to be in the company of esteemed colleagues and industry experts to discuss ways to improve access to electricity in rural areas across the country.
