Amadeus University Takes Off, Offers Unique Education Experience, Innovation, Sustainable Outcomes

Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Grooming Centre and Amadeus University, Dr. Godwin Nwabunka, has revealed that the institution is set to commence full fledged academic activities this month with a unique innovative, education experience for sustainable outcomes.
In an exclusive interview with THE BEAGLE NEWS at the institution's premises at Amizi in Ikwuano LGA, Abia state, Nwabunka,disclosed that the National Universities Commission (NUC) officially granted a licence to Amadeus University to operate as a private university in 2023.
Nwabunka, a development economist, said the establishment of Amadeus University is a response to the growing need for expanded access to higher education in the country, adding that the institution is set to embark on a mission to deliver quality education with a unique focus on entrepreneurship, research, innovation, and social impact.
He said: “The establishment of Amadeus University is a testament to our commitment to building capacity, providing opportunities as obtainable at Grooming Centre, while promoting entrepreneurship vital harnessing the potentials of Nigeria’s young demographic.
"Our university will provide a distinct educational experience while fostering innovation, research, and sustainable outcomes.
According to him, "The University is a unique brand in Nigerian tertiary education, devoted to excellence, and high ethical standards, providing dynamic education and research tailored to the demands of the 21st century.
"Our mission is to nurture and develop the potential of the youths in Amizi and across Nigeria, tapping into their acquired skills and fostering a future generation of empowered individuals.
Besides, Amadeus University aims to complement the efforts of the federal and state governments in providing quality affordable university education to Nigerians.
"The university’s faculties and departments will cover various fields of study, ensuring a comprehensive and well-rounded education for its students.
Additionally, the institution aims to foster academic, sporting and social linkages with other universities across the globe, further enriching the learning experience."
