Manchester City Show Strong Interest in Newcastle United full-back Tino Livramento

Newcastle don’t want to sell Livramento, but clubs are expected to test the Magpies’ resolve, either in January or next summer, as first reported here for the Daily Briefing.

Sources in the industry have informed me that Livramento doesn’t currently look like trying to force his way out of St James’ Park, but he’s clearly going to have tempting suitors coming in for him.

“City would love to sign Livramento in January,” 

currently it looks unlikely, but it could be a major saga next summer, when we can also expect United and Arsenal to come into the conversation

Livramento has long looked like an exciting talent, dating back to his days as a youngster at Chelsea.

The 23-year-old, now a full England international, didn’t get many chances at Stamford Bridge, but he’s shone at Newcastle
