Chelsea Axe Boss Liam Rosenior, Appoint McFarlane as Interim Head Coach

Chelsea FC have parted ways with Head Coach Liam Rosenior and his coaching staff, citing results and performances that have fallen below the necessary standards.

In a club statement released today, Chelsea thanked Liam for his efforts and professionalism since his appointment midway through the season, but said the decision was made with so much more to play for this season.  

Calum McFarlane will lead the team as Interim Head Coach until the summer as Chelsea chase European qualification and an FA Cup run.

Chelsea are currently 7th on the Premier league table after losing 3:0 on Tuesday to Brighton.

This is coming after a poor run of form losing 5 games without a single goal
