Chelsea Completes Signing of 16 Year Old Moroccan
Chelsea have now completed an agreement with Ibrahim Rabbaj with the Morrocan signing his first Professional Contract.
New contract is signed and sealed for Rabbaj at Chelsea until 2028. Rabbaj is seen as an exciting prospect at Stamford Bridge
