As His Excellency, Senator Bassey Edet Otu, Governor of Cross River State, marks his 67th birthday, October 18, the occasion offers an opportunity for Cross Riverians from all walks of life to celebrate his life, reflect on his leadership, and express their goodwill and aspirations for the state.
