BREAKING: Otu Jarigbe Appointed Member APC Convention Central Planing Committee

Governor Bassey Otu of Cross River State and Sen Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe, representing Cross River North Senatorial district have been appointed into the 73- man All Progressives Congress (APC) national Convention Central planning Committee.

The 2026 APC Convention committee is headed by Governor Hope Uzodimma with all APC Governors, Senate President, Chief of Staff to the President, Ayim.Pius Ayim and other party stalwarts as members.

The leadership of APC recently released schedule of activities for the 2026 ward, local government, zonal and national convention in pursuant to Article 11 of the party constitution.

According to the time table, Ward Congress will hold on Thursday, February 19, 2026, local government Congress February 19, 2026, State Congress Saturday, March 7, 2026, Zonal Congress Saturday, March 18, 2026 and National Convention Wednesday, March 25 ,2026 - Saturday, March 28, 2026.
