Akwa Ibom; Gov Eno Honours 100-yr-old General Overseer of Mount Zion Lighthouse Church

The executive Governor of Akwa Ibom State and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, Pastor Umo Eno has reacted after he received Papa Ayakndue at his office in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State capital on Wednesday.

Papa Ayakndue is the General Overseer and National President of Mount Zion Lighthouse Full Gospel Church.

The executive Governor of Akwa Ibom State and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, Pastor Umo Eno stated on his verified Facebook page on Thursday; "Yesterday, I received Archbishop Nyong Davis Ayakndue, the 100-year-old National President of Mount Zion Lighthouse Full Gospel Church Inc. Papa Ayakndue commended our ARISE Agenda for touching lives across all 31 LGAs, citing the joy and testimonies from youths, widows, pensioners, traders, and more."

He stated further; "I am deeply inspired by his words and his life of service to God and humanity."

The former chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party noted; "To honor him, I’ve directed the Commissioner for Works to fix the road leading to his country home in Nsit Ibom."

He said; "Papa, your journey is a blessing to our state and a testament to the power of faith and longevity. May God continue to keep you strong and healthy."
