VC APPOINTS DEPUTY PROVOST, SECRETARY FOR UNICAL COLLEGES

The Vice Chancellor of the University of Calabar, Prof. Florence Obi has approved the appointments of Prof. Godwin Eneji Egbung and Mr. Nathaniel T. Bekomson as Deputy Provost, College of Post-Graduate Studies and Secretary, College of Education, University of Calabar respectively.

Separate letters of appointments signed by the University Registrar, Dr. (Mrs) Chukwuka I. Icha state that the appointment is for a period of two years (2) with effect from 1st October, 2025 for the Deputy Provost and 12th March, 2025 for the Secretary respectively.

The newly appointed Officials are expected to work closely with the Provost of their respective colleges in order to enhance growth, discharging their duties diligently.

This is even as relevant sections of the University have been urged to accord them the necessary courtesies associated with their office.
