Sen. Asuquo Facilitates Reconstruction of Akamkpa, Uyanga, Okom Ita Federal Highway

RELIEF will come the way of motorists and other road users as Sen Asuquo Ekpenyong, through the Niger Delta Development Commission, has facilitated the reconstruction of Akamkpa, Uyanga, Okom Ita, Uyanga Ehom Road. 

The reconstruction work is being handled by Faith Plant Global Services.

The Akamkpa-Uyanga axis of Calabar-Akmakp-Ugep federal highway has been in deplorable condition for over years, hindering economic activities and posing security threat to raid users.

A journey of 20 minutes on the route takes about three hours.
