PRESS RELEASE: ORGANISERS OF QUEEN OF HUMANITY PAGEANT 2026 UNVEIL REGISTRATION PORTAL, CALL FOR APPLICATIONS
The organisers of the Queen of Humanity Nigeria Pageant 2026 have officially unveiled the registration portal for the highly anticipated pageant, inviting qualified and interested young women to register and participate in the prestigious competition.
The Pageant is a project of Humanity Without Borders, the pet project of the Wife of the Governor of Cross River State, Her Excellency, Bishop Eyoanwan Edet Otu.
Registration for the pageant is now open online through the official website: www.queenofhumanitynigeria.org. Prospective contestants are encouraged to visit the portal, carefully review the eligibility requirements and registration guidelines, and complete their applications within the stipulated registration period.
The Queen of Humanity Pageant is designed to celebrate beauty, intelligence, character, leadership, compassion, and service to humanity. Beyond the glamour associated with pageantry, the initiative seeks to provide a platform through which young women can demonstrate their talents, promote positive values, champion social causes and contribute meaningfully to community and state development.
The organisers stated that the 2026 edition, themed “THE TRUE ESSENCE OF HUMANITY” is designed to celebrate and empower young women who demonstrate leadership, compassion, confidence, and a commitment to humanitarian service and community development.
Now in its fourth year, the Queen of Humanity Nigeria Pageant has continued to provide a platform for young women to emerge as Humanity Champions, promoting positive social change and undertaking impactful humanitarian and community-based initiatives across Nigeria.
As part of the activities leading to the grand finale, contestants will participate in various stages of assessment and engagement designed to test their confidence, communication skills, intelligence, creativity, personality and commitment to humanitarian values.
The organisers are therefore encouraging prospective contestants to approach the competition with a strong sense of purpose and readiness to represent the ideals of the Queen of Humanity Nigeria brand.
The organisers have also called on corporate organisations, government institutions, development partners, philanthropists and individuals to support the 2026 edition through sponsorship and strategic partnerships. Such partnerships, according to the organisers, will contribute to empowering young women and strengthening initiatives that promote humanitarian service, leadership and community development.
Interested contestants are advised to complete their registration only through the official pageant portal and to provide accurate information during the application process. Further information on eligibility, registration procedures, programme activities and other updates is available on the official website.
The registration was opened on 30th August 2026 and will close on 30 October 2026 at midnight.
