POLITICS: WIKE'S PDP FORM ALLIANCE WITH SDP, HOLDS MEETING AHEAD OF PARRY CONGRESSES

FRESH facts have emerged that the Minister of FCT Wike Makes have concluded arrangement to form an alliance with SPD To wrestle power from APC and Gov. Siminialayi Fubara.

Wike has been on an edge over the recognition of Fubara a s the leader Of party amid the Rivers political crisis. 

Close source to Wike's camp said with the proclamation of the Rainbow structure by FCT Minister Chief Nyesom Wike, is now shifting ground to form a new alliance with Social Democratic Party (SDP) 

The source said it is a palm B by the Rainbow Coalition in case the APC Governorship ticket is given to Gov. Siminialayi Fubara.

This development follows the APC National Committee's decision to hand over the Rivers APC party structure to Gov. Sim Fubara upon his defection to the APC. 

According to reports, allies of FCT Minister Nyesom Wike, who is current out of the country, have been having Deira of meetings with the leadership of SDP to finalize all modality for the swift merger of the his Supporters and SDP.

The meeting which was said to be organized by Magnus Abe, the former Social Democratic Party Governorship candidate, had in attendance National Chairman and other members of the NWC of SDP.

Sources say this latest move became necessary to enable Wike field house assembly and Governorship candidate in the forthcoming elections in the state to fullfil his long desire to unseat the Governor. After the APC instructed FCT Minister to stay clear of the Party activities in Rivers State.

These last minute U-turn is aimed at reclaiming Rivers State from Fubara while still working with President Tinubu.
