PDP is Now Controlled by The APC ~ Senator Dino Melaye

The former senator representing Kogi West senatorial district Senator Dino Melaye has declared that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is dead and buried.

Dino who stated this while fielding questions on one of the national TV political magazine program said the party has been sold and questioned whether they even received a receipt for the sale.

Melaye further claimed that the PDP is now controlled by the All Progressives Congress (APC) from the Villa.

"Apart from our Lord Jesus Christ, no death can rise again, PDP is dead and can never rise again, let the dead bury the dead." 

"The least we can do for PDP now is to advertise its death. Recall that Governor Abiodun Makinde of Oyo state said 'let's build a party first before we think of Presidency' if Biodun Makinde who is a sitting Governor will make such a statement, is that party still in existence?" he lamented.

Senator Melaye, who is a member of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), expressed confidence in his party's ability to unseat the APC in the 2027 presidential elections. 

"I am a proud member of the ADC, that is the party that will unsit Tinubu and by the grace of God send APC out of the Villa come May 29th, 2027." he stated.
