Otu’s Adviser, Agbor, Felicitates Dr. Ironbar on Elevation to Associate Professor

The Special Adviser to the Governor on Asset Management and Recovery, Barr. Gilbert Ntui Agbor, has extended warm congratulations to Elder (Dr.) Mrs. Virginia Emmanuel Ironbar on her elevation to the distinguished academic rank of Associate Professor at the University of Calabar.
