Nexus Worldwide Honours Gov Otu’s Aide, Agbor, for Exemplary Service, Leadership

The Nexus Worldwide, a socio-political organization, has bestowed a prestigious Letter of Commendation on the Special Adviser to the Cross River State Governor on Asset Management and Recovery, Barr. Gilbert Agbor, in recognition of his outstanding contributions to public service, responsible governance, and community development.
The commendation, dated November 14, and signed by the organisation’s Director of Media and Communications, Comrade John Ogar, celebrated Barr. Agbor as a shining example of integrity, dedication and people-focused leadership within the administration of Governor Bassey Otu.
In the letter, Nexus Worldwide praised Barr. Agbor for demonstrating unwavering loyalty to Governor Otu and for consistently embodying the Governor’s People’s First agenda with humility, compassion and visible impact. His role, the group stated, has continued to reflect the administration’s “Season of Sweetness,” a philosophy that prioritizes service to humanity and the upliftment of citizens.
The organisation noted that Barr. Agbor’s tenure in government has been marked by competence, discipline, strategic thinking and a firm commitment to transparency, justice and the empowerment of his people.
Beyond the demands of office, Nexus Worldwide highlighted his humanitarian spirit, philanthropy and unifying presence, describing him as a cherished son of Etung whose influence has earned the admiration of youths and elders alike across the Central Senatorial District.
“The Nexus Worldwide and indeed the youths of Central Senatorial District and the state at large proudly acknowledge your noble strides in public service and encourage you to continue championing purposeful and people-centred leadership,” the letter read. “You remain a symbol of inspiration and indeed, a Diamond of Distinction.”
The recognition further reinforces Barr. Agbor’s growing reputation as one of the state’s most dependable public officers, whose service continues to strengthen public confidence in the Otu administration’s reform-driven agenda.
