UNICAL Student Attempts To Set 188 Hours Longest Writing Marathon

A 300 level Student of the department of philosophy, University of Calabar, Daniel Ehis Aiguokhian, is currently attempting to set a guinness world record for the longest writing marathon.
Daniel Ehis, who hails from Edo state, is attempting a write-a-thon of fiction and non- fiction for 188 hours, which will run for 8 days.
The write-a-thon, which began on October 1, is currently on-going at the University of Calabar SUG Senate Chamber.
According to him, the write-a-thon is not a personal challenge but unique opportunity and means to champion literacy and commemorate the spirit of resilience amongst students in the country.
Daniel, who is a passionate advocate for literacy, education and promoting resilience among Nigerian students, is an author of about 17 books already and his write-a-thon is an attempt to add to his collections.
