Senator Jarigbe Pledges Greater Service To Constituents, Says This Is Just The Beginning

The lawmaker representing Cross River North in the national assembly, Senator Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe, representing Cross River north senational district has pledged to do more for his constituency, saying the projects they are seeing now is just a tip of the eyes berg.

 Speaking at the thanksgiving service to mark his victory at the polls held at St. Benedict's Cathedral, Igoli Ogoja on Easter Sunday, Jarigbe described his victory as a collective achievement and thanked his constituents for their unwavering support for him.

In his words, "I promise the people of Cross River North that what I have done so far is a tip of the iceberg and am going to do more.

"Our victory in the recent general elections against formidable odds, is not merely a personal triumph but a collective achievement of unwavering determination and unyielding support.

"As we gather here today to celebrate our triumph, let us not forget they our work has only just commenced.

"The challenges ahead are gargantuan, but so too is our resolve to overcome them, together, let us build a future that is brighter, more prosperous and inclusive for all", he said.

He thanked God for his victory, and all those who sacrificed in one way or the other for his victory saying their sacrifices have not gone unnoticed and he remains forever indebted for their selfless service.

In his message, the Bishop of Ogoja Diocese His Lordship Most Rev. Donatus Akpan commended the Senator for being thankful to God and acknowledging the source of his blessings.

He charged him to live a life of service to his people and always be concerned about their welfare stressing that God gave him victory for the sake of his constituents.
