S.A Students' Affairs, Enyam Kelvin, To Host Cross River Students Leaders Conference 2024

In a mould-breaking initiative aimed at proselytizing leadership and service among students, the Special Assistant to the Governor of Cross River State on Students' Affairs, Comrade Enyam Joseph Kelvin, is set to host the inaugural Cross River Students Leaders Conference 2024. 

Under the theme "Empowering Students Leaders: Fostering a Culture of Service and Capacity Development," the conference is scheduled to hold on May 31, 2024, at the historic Prof. Eyo Ita House, Ndidem Usang Iso Road, Calaba, Cross River State.

It aims to provide a platform for student leaders from across the state to engage in meaningful dialogue, share experiences, and develop essential skills that will prepare them for future leadership roles. 

Packed with a variety of sessions designed to address the multifaceted aspects of leadership and service, keynote speeches will cover topics such as leadership ethics, effective communication, project management, and community service.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from esteemed speakers, including U.S.-based Amb. Chris Lekan, a successful entrepreneur and President of Cross Riverians in Diaspora, Prof. Obassesam Okoi, a Canadian-based educational expert and Chairman of the Education Committee for Cross Riverians in Diaspora, and Uchenna Moses, a seasoned unionist and Students' Union President at the University of Bolton, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom (U.K.). These speakers will share their insights and experiences, providing invaluable guidance to the young leaders in attendance.

The essence of the conference reflects Comrade Enyam's commitment to nurturing a generation of student leaders who are not only academically sound, but also dedicated to serving society with integrity and passion as part of his activities to mark His Excellency Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu's One Year in Office as Executive Governor of Cross River State.
