New Year: Senator Williams Felicitates Constituents, Assures Of Projects Execution, Empowerment In 2024

The Senator Representing Cross River Central Senatorial District and Chairman, Senate Committee on Petroleum Upstream, Senator Eteng Williams, has felicitated with the wonderful people of Central Senatorial District, Cross Riverians, and Nigerians in welcoming the New Year.  

Senator Williams, in his New Year message, said despite daunting challenges and prolonged post-election litigation, he has recreated the concept of quality representation through sponsorship of impactful bills and motions in the floor of the red Chambers, empowerment, employment and infrastructure development set to be dotted across the district.  

He said: “2024 would be about projects and empowerment to the people of Cross River Central Senatorial district.

“Empowerment of my people will continue to remain my priority area in the New Year. “No community in the district will be left behind in my development plan for the district."

Senator Williams also urged Nigerians not to be despaired in the face of challenges facing the Country presently, but remain positive and concern themselves in the continued to promotion of peace and unity, adding that "there shall be light at the end of the tunnel."
